Ok no problem,
First you have to install the standart dzcp cms on your webserver... This you`ve done well.
Then you have to upload the new template. Everything in the folder upload you have to upload into the root directory of your dzcp installation.
When the upload progress is done you have to initiate the installer...
Open your website.. Ignore any error messages!!!!! Then insert behind your url following: installupdate.php
so fully again: www.yourdomain.com/installupdate.php
then remove this file from your webserver... Than you have to do following. open the folder inc/_templates_/
There you have to delete the folder version1.5
Than it should work fine 
This advertising appers by a script of your hoster... baaaad... talk to your hoster that the page is destroyed because this banners appers...
