all users from my website have problems with loggins in site!

when we logout from website ,never can login back with the same account!
repeat is not only me is all users have complaints about it to join my website again they have to make a new account .
if retrieve password and use a new password ,still is not working :S

some big errors how can i fix it ?

The problem is the secruity code.
If you go to this site : http://rtcwworldclan.com/user/?action=login
You login again because there is the secruity code dont know how to fix maybe anyone other can help.
