First of all, hello!

I'm trying to migrate from webspell to clansphere, but I'm quite newby with this cms, and I'm not able to understand where I'm failing.

Here you can find my testing space for clansphere, but as you can see, there are some codes that don't run properly...
What I have to do to fix the situation?
I know that my require is quite unprecise, but really don't know from where to start

For example, on the team box, down on the right corner, I cannot show the logos and so on, or for example, I cannot put the image slideshow on the middle and the youtube video on the banner top center...

Another inquiry is:
I have payed for the license, but what I have to do to remove now the advertisement on the right top corner?
On my invoices panel i have this icon as payment status >>
